Counter‑Notification Procedures

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the original uploader or authorized agent may send us a counter‑notification that includes:

• Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court where you reside (or any judicial district where we may be found if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter‑notification, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless we first receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
